With full capability engineering, L3 KEO has the ability to develop, design and manufacture imaging and motion control subsystems for unique customer applications, including but not limited to, optronic imaging system antenna pedestals, telescoping masts, deep submersible actuators, and weapon handling systems. Products are typically custom designed solutions that address the requirement to operate reliably in severe environments. Ruggedized control electronics accompany many of these subsystems.

L3 KEO has an active IRAD program that is continually developing improvements and enhancements to current systems, originating concepts and designs for new capabilities, and providing basic technology research.
