david cotham David Cotham

David Cotham was appointed General Manager of ForceX in 2018.  In this capacity, Mr. Cotham leads the L3Harris | ForceX leadership team; driving strategic vision on all new business initiatives, including the development of advance mission management systems, next generations ISR platforms, turn-key tactical attack aircraft systems, and product development.

Prior to his role of General Manager; Mr. Cotham was the Director of Engineering for L3Harris | ForceX where he coordinated consistent delivery of high quality programs, while managing technically complex opportunities.  He directed the day-to-day delivery activities for the software, project, quality and systems engineering teams.

Proceeding his career with L3Harris | ForceX, Mr. Cotham held many technology leadership roles across several industries within Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he was the VP of Development and Support for SPPLUS.  Mr. Cotham also held similar positions with Deloitte, Willis, Cracker Barrel and Bridgestone during his twenty years of tenure as a technology leader.

Mr. Cotham graduated from Nashville State Community College with a major in management information systems and minor in computer accounting.

DAniel Davis Daniel Davis

Daniel Davis is the Finance Director and CFO of L3Harris | ForceX, where he is responsible for Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Program Finance, and Pricing. Daniel provides advice to senior leadership on the company’s financial strategy and execution. He also directs the day-to-day financial operations ensuring business results are achieved.

Prior to joining L3Harris | ForceX, Mr. Davis worked for L3 in Salt Lake City, UT as the Director of Program Control, Program Finance, and Pricing. He provided oversight relating to all Program Finance, Earned Value Management, Master Planning, and Pricing activities including successfully implementing Deltek’s EVMS toolset. Prior to joining L-3, Daniel held various Accounting and Finance positions at Lockheed Martin. His focus on company culture and passion for continuous improvement has resulted in increased organizational training, career development, and improved financial toolsets.

Daniel holds a Masters in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, MBA from Drexel University, Bachelors of Science in Accounting, Finance, and Zoology from Iowa State University.

Joseph Borell Joseph Borrell

Joseph J. Borrell is the acting Chief Technology Officer, leading L3Harris | ForceX technical strategy and guiding innovative product development to enhance existing and future warfighter capabilities.

Mr. Borrell joined L3Harris | ForceX in 2014 and has served in various roles including; Air Accounts Manager, Director of Business and Product Development, and Sr. Field Service Engineer.  Mr. Borrell has proven results in driving ForceX growth by building strong customer and business partner relationships and guiding teams to develop and deliver creative solutions with a focus on warfighter operational needs.

Prior to joining L3Harris | ForceX, Mr. Borrell served as an AF Special Operations Command pilot, with 270+ combat sorties in the AC-130H, U-28A, and CV-22B.  During that time, Mr. Borrell provided leadership and a critical link to the industry as AFSOC’s primary operational expert during U-28A block modification upgrades and CV-22 tactical communications upgrades.

Mr. Borrell graduated from the US Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mechanics in 2002.
Jennifer Miller Jennifer Miller

Jennifer Miller is the Director of Operations for L3Harris | ForceX, where she is a key member of the senior leadership team guiding operational management and strategic planning for the Company.

Ms. Miller and her team develop and implement companywide Supply Chain strategies and key processes vital to waste reduction and operating efficiency. Responsible for enterprise socio-economic business planning, strategy and compliance relative to L3Harris | ForceX’s Supply Chain, Ms. Miller also oversees day-to-day operating activities, including contracting, procurement, export compliance, security, government property and facilities.

Ms. Miller has a long standing career with L3 Technologies. Prior to joining L3Harris | ForceX family, she spent 12 years with L3 Integrated Systems, Aerospace in Waco, Texas.

Ms. Miller holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University. #sicem

Jack Wolford Jack Wolford

Jack Wolford is the Director of Programs for L3Harris | ForceX, where he provides vision and strategic direction for program management operations across a broad ISR and geospatial program portfolio.  He directs the day-to-day operations of the program management team executing all phases of L3Harris | ForceX programs from inception through completion.

Prior to joining L3Harris | ForceX, Mr. Wolford held program management and business development leadership positions across two large aerospace defense companies.  He possesses 25 years of expertise in C4ISR and electronic warfare across the U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and international customers.

Mr. Wolford served 9 years in the United States Navy as a Naval Flights Officer / Electronic Countermeasures Officer in the EA-6B Prowler, VAQ-142 Grim Watchdogs (Plank Owner), and served tours of duty onboard the USS Forrestal (CV-59) and the National Security Agency. 

Mr. Wolford earned a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.  He also holds a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Tim Harrison Tim Harrison

Tim Harrison is the Director of Business Development, Sensor Solutions for L3Harris | ForceX. He drives the integration of L3Harris | ForceX system solutions into L3 products.

Prior to joining L3Harris | ForceX, Mr. Harrison was with DRS Technologies. Most recently, he led business development for DRS’s Advanced ISR Division, responsible for advanced electo-optic, electronic warfare, and communications system sales to the U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and international customers. Before DRS, Mr. Harrison worked in Boeing’s renowned Phantom Works division where he was responsible for projects related to advanced electro-optic surveillance, targeting and weapons systems.

Mr. Harrison served for 13 years in the United States Navy and Special Operations Command in both active duty and reserve billets at Special Boat Team 12, Naval Special Warfare Group 3 and onboard the USS Reasoner (FF-1063). Born in Newport, Rhode Island, he earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia in environmental science.

Craig Walker Craig Walker

Craig Walker is the Director of Business Development for L3Harris | ForceX.

Prior to joining L3Harris | ForceX in October 2016, Mr. Walker served over 26 years as an instructor pilot and evaluator pilot in the U.S. Air Force. He has over 20 years of Air Force Special Operations Command experience in the AC-130H, AT-6B and CV-22. He is a graduate of the Air Force Weapons School and served as the commander of the 14th Weapons Squadron, Vice Commander of the 27th Special Operations Wing and a deployed Task Force Commander. He has served in key staff positions at Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command, the United States Air Force Airstaff and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. He has served in many combat deployments and holds two Distinguished Flying Crosses (both with Valor), four Air Medals, five Aerial Achievement Medals and two Legions of Merit.

Mr. Walker graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems in 1990. He earned his Master of Science in aerospace science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 1999, a Master of Military Operational Art and Science from the U.S. Air Force Air Command and Staff College in 2003, a Master of Operational Studies from the U.S. Marine Corps School of Advanced Warfighting in 2004, a Master of Strategic Studies from the Marine Corps War College in 2010 and completed the Harvard Manage Mentor Program in 2016.
Amber Thompson Amber Thompson

Amber Thompson is a Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead at L3 Technologies – Advanced C2ISR System Sector.  As a CI Lead for the ACS Sector, Amber helps organizational units improve existing processes and procedures as well as implement new ones.  She focuses on reducing waste and creating standardization and repeatability in our business process.  Amber also aims to find and recognize cost savings and avoidance in our day-to-day business.

She currently supports the ACS Sector by providing a CI roadmap, ensuring execution of Strategic Goal Deployment and their associated action plans.  Amber also provides training and support for L365 CIS (i-Nexus) and is a skilled facilitator of kaizens and process improvement activities. 

Before entering the exciting world of Continuous Improvement, Amber worked at L3Harris | ForceX as a Project Engineer and the Export Compliance Officer, positions which enabled her to have great insight into the inner-workings of both the Production and Operations Departments.  Amber is currently also supporting the Reconnaissance Mission Sector through their transition from waterfall software development to Agile software development. 

Prior to joining L3, Amber was Flight Test Engineer and Project Engineer for Big Safari following a brief work period in the DC/Maryland area. 

Amber served eight years as an Airborne Linguist in the United States Air Force.

Amber graduated from Excelsior College with a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts.
Tim Stevens Tim Stevens

Timothy Stevens joined L3Harris | ForceX in August 2010 and is currently the Director of Field Services.  He is a member of the L3Harris | ForceX Leadership Team, and responsible for all flight test and training operations at L3Harris | ForceX’s multiple off-site locations.  L3Harris | ForceX’s Field Services personnel provide unmatched Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in the integration, training and operational use of manned and unmanned ISR and attack platforms - and leverage their SME knowledge to support the company’s agile/scrum software development process from initial requirements to flight testing of integrated mission systems.

Prior to joining L3Harris | ForceX, Mr. Stevens was an instructor and evaluator pilot in the U.S. Air Force for over 20 years.  He has over 15 years of Air Force Special Operations Command experience in MC-130P, AC-130U and U-28A aircraft.  He was the Chief of Tactics for the 4th, 19th, and 319th Special Operations Squadrons, a plank owner in the first U-28A squadron and created AFSOC’s first-ever Terminal Air Controller – (Airborne) [TAC(A)] program. 

Mr. Stevens served in nearly thirty combat deployments spanning from Desert Storm to the wars in Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, and other undisclosed locations in the Global War on Terrorism. He holds seventeen Air Medals and the Bronze Star.  He retired as a USAF Command Pilot with over 8,500 flight hours, more than 2,700 combat hours (he held the Air Force record at his retirement) and 493 combat sorties.

Mr. Stevens graduated from the United State Air Force Academy in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering.
