Leadership Team

Thomas Casale
President of ESSCO

Tom joined ESSCO in April 2005, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in the defense electronics industry. Previously, he worked for Wolf Coach, Varian Associates, Signal Technology Corporation, and Crane Company, in a number of roles, including RF and microwave engineering, manufacturing and management. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and two Master of Science degrees in Management and Electrical Engineering from Lesley University and Tufts University, respectively. He also holds two U.S. patents related to signal generation and power management for cellular telephony. 

Daran Eastridge
Vice President Business Development & Marketing

Daran joined ESSCO as the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing with thirty years experience in airborne, aircraft and radome products.  He has held a variety of leadership positions predominantly in the defense industry inclusive of General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin. With his domestic and international experience in defense and commercial aircraft markets, he brings a wealth of experience to the ESSCO Airborne Radome and composites business.  Daran holds a Master of Business Administration from King University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University.

Andrew Rusnock
Vice President of Operations

Andy joined ESSCO in 2009 as Vice President of Operations. Previously, Andy served as the General Manager for the filter business segment of Spectrum Control. He also led operations for both the commercial and defense businesses. Andy hold’s a Bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Massachusetts University and a Master’s degree from Northeastern’s Graduate School of Business.

Anatol Kwartler
VP of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer, ESSCO

Anatol joined ESSCO as the Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer with a career of forty years predominantly in the defense-aerospace and automotive OEM supply sectors, contributing to small and large companies such as United Technologies, General Electric, Loral and Will-Burt Company.   His many roles encompassed air-breathing propulsion, system safety engineering, infrared countermeasures, quality assurance, product design and development, program management, operations management, domestic and international business development, and university teaching. 

Anatol holds a BS and MS degrees in Aeronautics and Astronautics from, respectively, New York University and Polytechnic University of New York, and an MBA degree from Kent State University.

Gary P. Boyer
Vice President of Finance & Administration

Gary joined ESSCO as the Vice President of Finance & Administration in 2011 after serving 11 years in the same capacity at L3 Henschel. Prior to joining ESSCO, he served as the Controller for various business units at M/A-Com Technologies, Inc. Gary holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business administration from Kings College.  Gary also attended Harvard Business School for executive management training.

John T. Hall
Manager of Quality Assurance

John joined ESSCO in 1998 as the Manager of Environmental, Health and Safety. In 2001, he added the duties of acting Quality Manager to his EHS responsibilities. He also served as lead ISO auditor, ISO representative and trainer, returning to a management role in 2012. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Lowell and a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
