Brian Anderson
Vice President and General Manager

Brian Anderson is the Vice President and General Manager for L3 Crestview Aerospace.  Brian began his 28 year Aerospace career in Accounting with L3 Vertex and its predecessor companies. Having held management positions in Contracts, Finance and Operations prior to becoming the General Manager for the Airlift Programs. Prior to arriving at L3, Brian led strategic growth for IAP Worldwide Services and DRS Technologies, where he served in executive positions in business development.  Additionally, Brian was previously the President of Tenax Aerospace overseeing all aspects of the company. Brian is a trained Six Sigma Expert and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Jeff Kingsmore
Sr. Director Finance and CFO

Jeff Kingsmore is the Sr. Director Finance and CFO for L3 Crestview Aerospace and TCS.  Jeff joined L3 in December of 2012, and brought more than 23 years of financial support and leadership experience to the company.  Jeff has held progressive financial and leadership positions in manufacturing finance, including multi-site Controllerships and Global Operations Financial Manger roles in manufacturing operations within the commercial aerospace, defense and space, and automotive industries for Honeywell, Finmeccanica, DRS Defense Solutions.  Jeff holds a Business Administration degree with a concentration in accounting from the University of South Carolina Upstate Spartanburg, SC.

Scott T. Eads
Director of Operations

Scott Eads is Director of Operations at L3 Crestview Aerospace.  In this role, he is responsible for all Operations and Production performance at the Crestview site. Scott’smore than 30 years of leadership experience includes 10 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, working various aircraft advance development projects.

Before assuming his current position, he served as Senior Operations Director for Spirit Aero Systems in Kinston, North Carolina. Prior to Spirit, Scott spent 18 years with Lockheed Martin in multiple operations leadership positions. His roles included serving as deputy to the Vice President of the C-130 Program, Director of the F-35 assembly team.

Scott attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace with a minor in Aviation Safety. He is also a graduate of the Lockheed Martin Senior Leadership Program and is a certified A&P mechanic.

Suzanne Looper
Director of Quality

Suzanne joined the L3 Crestview team in September 2008 as Quality Assurance manager, responsible for the Quality Management System and Quality Engineering activities.  Suzanne is extremely glad to be part of the leadership team, responsible for implementing continuous improvement opportunities to meet and exceed our customer expectations and grow our business.Suzanne has had the opportunity to work in several different countries and industries ranging from working in the Automotive Sintered Metal Parts in Bonn, Germany, to the development and production of composite A380 Wing Panels in Tallassee, Ala.Suzanne grew up and completed her education in the United Kingdom, where she graduated from the University of Bristol with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Christopher Scalia
Director of Business Development

Chris Scalia joined our team as Director of Business Development from L3 Platform Integration, where he held the position of Director of Business Development since July 2011.  He has worked for L3 since 2005, serving as Programs Director for the Special Operations Command Program Office in the Special Support Programs division and as a customer Liaison Officer.  Chris also served 25 years with the U.S. Army.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s Degree from American Military University.  He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.  Chris is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Michael Lawson Michael Lawson
Director, Human Resources

Michael Lawson is the Director of Human Resources at Crestview Aerospace. In his role, Mike is responsible for the Human Resource activities at the Crestview site, HR support to TCS in Warner Robbins, GA and providing Labor Relations Support to Vertex Aerospace. Mike is a retired Chief Warrant Officer from the US Army and has over 20 years’ experience in labor relations and human resources.

Before assuming his current position, he served as the Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations for L3, Army Fleet Support (AFS) at Fort Rucker, AL. Prior to AFS, Mike held various leadership positions in manufacturing, quality and labor relations with General Motors and Delphi Automotive.

Mike earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Professional Aeronautics with a minor in Aviation Safety.
