  • ATI along with our integrated partners have designed a turnkey system that exceeds the needs of most non-destructive testing (NDT) and destructive testing (DST) professionals. Our new PixelRay 7 DICONDE-compliant Command, Control, Analysis Software (CCAS) is unique in the industry by providing easy-to-use tools and control of the scanner. PixelRay 7 DICONDE can automatically configure the system for a wide variety of commercially available X-ray sources and image plates (IP).
  • Alternately, the radiographer can adjust scanner parameters simply by testing outcomes when in use. Once the X-ray image is captured, it can quickly be analyzed, manipulated, measured, reviewed, and saved in a number of non-proprietary formats such as TIFF and DICONDE and shared across platforms.

What are some of our technology innovation in radiography?

  • L3 has designed PixelRay 7 DICONDE to work with a wide variety of film digitizers, amorphous silicon panels and X-ray image digitizers, including Allpro’s Discover HR and HC scanners. The scanner options allow the radiographer to control spatial resolution, PMT voltage, threshold, laser level and pentaprism speed for accurate, consistent, high-quality digital radiographic images.

  • PixelRay 7 DICONDE has a large number of robust imaging tools designed especially for X-ray imaging professionals focused on ease-of-use and work productivity without sacrificing functionality or capability. Images are created, saved, and opened in standard, loss-less, 16bpp grayscale formats such as TIF, and DIC (for DICOM and DICONDE) and JPG formats. Scanned images can also be opened or saved in 24bpp color for documentation in formats such as BMP and JPG. On a single viewing screen, multiple images can be opened and manipulated both in color and gray scale.
